Overview
The Class Dashboard in My Missouri State is designed to allow faculty to view their Class List, request their courses for the current and future semesters, request Master Course shells, and add/remove users from their current or future courses. If you are experiencing an issue with any of these processes, you can submit a request for support here.
Examples of Class Dashboard issues:
- The Class List is not working correctly.
- You need to add a user to a past course that is not available on the Class Dashboard.
- You received an error message that a user is ineligible for the role you have selected when adding them to your course.
- You requested your Blackboard courses more than 48 hours ago and they are still not available in the LMS.
- And any other error messages or exceptions you received when using the Class Dashboard.
Eligibility
All Missouri State faculty and staff are able to request this service.
Cost
There is no charge to request or use this service.
