The Electronic Fax service provided by the Networking and Telecommunications Department has been restored.  The service was updated to remove the dependencies on local FoIP (Fax over Internet Protocol) which was causing some fax transmissions, both inbound and outbound, to fail.  Outbound faxes are now using these new services and inbound faxes will be switched […]

The Electronic Fax service provided by the Networking and Telecommunications department is currently down. The service was being upgraded to eliminate failed fax transmissions that are caused by too many analog to digital conversions inherent in FoIP – Fax over Internet Protocol.
