Student Blackboard Support

If you are experiencing an issue with Blackboard Learn, we encourage you to contact your instructor first. If your instructor is unable to resolve your issue, you can search our extensive Knowledge Base for information, troubleshooting, and how-to guides. Most common Blackboard issues and questions are resolved by articles found in the Knowledge Base.

Additionally, Computer Services holds "Ask the Experts" open-lab hours every Friday from 1:30-4:30pm in Meyer Library 106. Faculty are encouraged to drop-in and our experts will be available to assist with any Blackboard-related issues or questions. If you are unable to attend "Ask the Experts" in person, you can attend Virtual "Ask the Experts". Simply connect via your computer or mobile device, and you can share your screen with our experts and speak with them to resolve the problem. If the university is open, Ask the Experts is in session — including during the summer!

If your issue cannot be resolved by any of the above methods, please submit a request here and one of our technicians will help you solve the problem. Click the "Get Help" button to get started.
