Student LMS Support

Overview

If you are experiencing an issue with the Learning Management System, we encourage you to contact your instructor first. If your instructor is unable to resolve your issue we now have 24/7 support available directly within Brightspace. Technicians with Brightspace can assist quickly with tools within the LMS and can be reached by phone, email, or chat. Please see our Accessing Support in Brightspace article for a walk through of how to contact that team. If Brightspace support is unable to assist you, they will escalate your problem directly to an administrator at Missouri State. 

We also encourage you to search our extensive Knowledge Base for information, troubleshooting, and how-to guides. Many common LMS issues and questions are resolved by articles found in the Knowledge Base.

If your issue cannot be resolved by the above methods, please submit a request here and one of our technicians will help you solve the problem. Click the "Request Help" button to get started. Please describe the issue in detail, including the steps you are taking when encountering the issue, and attach any relevant screenshots that show the issue or error message in the "Attachments" area.
