Accessing Support in Brightspace

Use 'Request Service' or explore 'Related Services' for further assistance.
 

Brightspace support is available to all students, faculty and staff. There are also support options directly embedded within Brightspace. To access support:

  1. Visit Brightspace at https://brightspace.missouristate.edu/.
  2. Log into Brightspace using your Missouri State Account.
  3. Click the Support button on the bottom right of the page.

  1. Click Contact Support. You will then be able to chat with a support representative from Brightspace via the existing window, send an email for a support representative to follow up, or make a phone call to a live agent (NOTE: phone number will be provided at time of chat).

Brightspace also features a virtual chat assistant. Instead of clicking contacting support, you are able to ask questions directly in the chat box. Responses may not be as valuable as discussion with a representative from Brightspace.
