Faculty Blackboard Support

If you are experiencing an issue with Blackboard Learn, we encourage you to search our extensive Knowledge Base for information, troubleshooting, and how-to guides. Most common Blackboard issues and questions are resolved by articles found in the Knowledge Base.

Additionally, faculty are encouraged to drop into our Virtual "Ask the Experts" open-lab hours every Friday from 1:30-4:30pm and our experts will be available to assist with any Blackboard-related issues or questions. Simply connect via your computer or mobile device, and you can share your screen with our experts and speak with them to resolve the problem.

If your issue cannot be resolved by searching the Knowledge Base or attending "Ask the Experts," please Submit a Request and one of our technicians will help you solve the problem. Click the "Request Help" button to get started. Please describe the issue in detail, including the steps you are taking when encountering the issue, and attach any relevant screenshots that show the issue or error message in the "Attachments" area.
