Overview

Use this service page to request assistance with a custom or vendor-provided software. MIS is responsible for many centralized applications and software, and a comprehensive list can be viewed on the MIS Application Assignments page. If you cannot locate the application or system you need assistance with on this page, please submit a General Help ticket to the Help Desk. Requests will be routed to the responsible party. 

Need Access? For new or updated account access to any of the aforementioned applications or systems, please have your supervisor submit an Access Request.

Eligibility

All Missouri State students, faculty, and staff are able to request this service.

Cost

There is no charge to request or use this service.
