Overview
New employees often need a variety of IT services and permission to access Missouri State systems. Use the buttons on the right to request each item needed for the new employee to perform their job.
Please Note: To submit multiple requests, right-click each needed service offering and open them in new tabs.
- Employee Account - Select this option if the employee was previously or is currently a student and needs a new employee account. The employee will then be able to select a new employee email address.
- Device Setup - Select this option to request the setup of the employee's computer workstation or laptop device.
- Shared Mailbox / Email DL / Network Folders - If your area does not have a CAMS group manager, select this option to request the new employee have access to departmental/shared mailboxes, email distribution lists, and/or network folders like Clementine or Bear1.
- SharePoint Groups / Microsoft Teams - If your group/team does not have a current owner/manager, select this option to request the new employee be added to the group/team.
- Printer Access - Select this option to request the new employee have access to department/individual printers.
- Adobe Software - Select this option to put in a purchase request for Adobe software for the new employee.
- Telephone - Select this option to request a telephone line or setup for the new employee.
- VPN - Select this option if the new employee needs to access the VPN when working off-campus.
- Admin Banner / Argos / BDMS / Teaching & Advising Tab - Select this option if the new employee needs access to Admin Banner, Argos, Banner Document Management System (BDMS), and/or the Teaching & Advising tab in My Missouri State (for non-faculty).
Eligibility
The new employee's supervisor or the administrative assistant for the department should request these services.
Cost
There is no charge to request or use this service, but some individual services may have an associated cost.
