How to Print or Save a Class Report

The Class Report is located in the Class Dashboard next to each class. 

It includes the following information about the students:

  • M#
  • Name
  • FERPA Hold
  • Gender
  • Email
  • Major/Program
  • Class
  • Midterm and Final Grades
  • Registration Date

Step-by-Step Guide

How to Print or Save a Class Report

  1. Log into My Missouri State and search for the Faculty Schedule & Assignments card.
  2. Click on the Class Dashboard link.

  3. On the Class Dashboard, choose the term. Select Class List from the Option drop-down, and then select View My Classes.

  4. Click Submit Search. Once you've submitted, you will see a list of your classes.

  5. Select the Class Report icon.

  6. The report will download as an Excel file. 
  7. Open to print or save the file to your computer.
