The Class Report may be downloaded as an Excel file and is located in the Class Dashboard.
It includes the following information about the students:
- Student ID (M-Number)
- Name
- FERPA Hold indicator
- Gender
- University Email
- Major/Program
- Class (i.e., Freshman, Sophomore, etc.)
- Midterm and Final Grades in real time, if they have been submitted
- Registration Date
Step-by-Step Guide
How to Print or Save a Class Report
- Log into My Missouri State and search for the Faculty Schedule & Assignments card.
- Click on the Class Dashboard link.
- On the Class Dashboard, select Class List from the Option drop-down. Choose the term, and then select View My Classes.
- Click Submit Search. Once you've submitted, you will see a list of your classes.
- Select the Class Report icon.
- The report will download as an Excel file.
- Open to print or save the file to your computer.
