Your Universal Profile is your personalized location for all your important professional development information. You can access it at any time by clicking on the thumbnail photo in the upper right corner of your screen.
Your Bio contains your photo, contact information, location, position, and other basic information.
Three other important areas to know are highlighted below.
- Transcript contains a record of all your university-sponsored professional and personal development, including trainings you have completed in the past or are registered to attend in the future. It also allows you to access certificates for completed trainings and training details for upcoming items for which you are registered.
- Actions lets you know what you need to complete, including reminding you of instructor led trainings you are registered for as well as online trainings that are due soon.
- My Team (Supervisors only) area gives you an up-to-date visual org chart, displaying your supervisor as well as any employees you supervise.
