How to Send an Email Through Blackboard

You're able to send an email to your instructor or teaching assistant through Blackboard. Follow these steps to email users in your course.

Please Note:  Your instructor will have to enable the "Tools" link on the course menu and the email tool as well for this function to be utilized.

How to Send an Email Through Blackboard

  1. Access the Tool link from your course menu.

  2. Select the Send Email tool

  3. Select the appropriate option for your email needs.
    Choose the type of email you would like to send.
     
  4. Compose your email and click Submit.
