To troubleshoot general wireless network access issues across all devices, review the solutions below.
1. Make sure you are using the correct password, and that is not expired.
2. Make sure you are attempting to connect to the correct wireless network.
3. Remove any old or expired credentials from your device (see Expired or Corrupted Credentials).

2. Try forgetting/removing the network you are trying to connect to and setting it up again.
