This guide is to help Staff/Faculty members change their Database password if they are having issues logging in on Banner, ARGOS, or any other Database.
Step-by-Step Guide
How to Change Your Database Password
- Go to the Missouri State - Account Management website.
- Select the Change Your Database Password link, under Additional Resources.

- Login with your Missouri State account, and complete the MFA request.

In the dropdown menu box, select the database you want to change the password in, and enter a new password.

Select the Send confirmation code email option to send a confirmation code to your Missouri State Email address, and enter the code provided.

Select the Change database account password option.
Please Note: The Database Password is case-sensitive, must be at least 8 characters long, must not contain any repeating characters, and must be different from your last 6 passwords.
