How to Change Your Employee Database Password

This guide is to help Staff/Faculty members change their Database password if they are having issues logging in on Banner, ARGOS, or any other Database.

How to Change Your Database Password

  1. Go to the Missouri State - Account Management website.
  2. Select the Change Your Database Password link, under Additional Resources.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  3. Login with your Missouri State account, and complete the MFA request.
     
  4. In the dropdown menu box, select the database you want to change the password in, and enter a new password.

  5. Select the Send confirmation code email option to send a confirmation code to your Missouri State Email address, and enter the code provided.

  6. Select the Change database account password option.

Please Note: The Database Password is case-sensitive, must be at least 8 characters long, must not contain any repeating characters, and must be different from your last 6 passwords.
