How to Change Your Database Password

This guide is to help Staff/Faculty members change their Database password if they are having issues logging in on Banner, ARGOS, or any other Database.

How to Change Your Database Password

  1. Go to the Missouri State - CAMS website.
  2. Select Change Your Password.

  3. Under Change Password Options, select Change my database password.

  4. Enter your BearPass Login and Password in the top two boxes. Then select the Database you wish to change your password for. Enter your Username for that Database and type in a new password in the last two boxes.

  5. You will be directed back to the Change Password Options page, and a highlighted line of text should appear at the top of the page that reads "Your Login Password has been successfully changed."

     

Please Note: The Database Password is case-sensitive, must be at least 8 characters long, and must be different from your last 6 passwords.
