How to Change Your Alumni Office 365 Password

Please Note: If you are an active student/staff/faculty member, your Microsoft 365 password is synced with your Missouri State Account ID password, which you can change by updating your Missouri State Account ID password. If you have recently requested this resource, it may take up to 24 hours for the request to process.
  1. Go to the Missouri State - CAMS website.

  2. Select Change Your Password.

  3. Under Change Password Options, select Change my alumni Office 365 Password

  4. Enter your Missouri State A, your current Missouri State Account ID password (the one you use to log into My.MissouriState.edu), and your new Office 365 password and the password confirmation. Then click Submit.   Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
Please Note: Your Office 365 password is required to be at least 12 characters in length and will be case sensitive if capital letters are used.


You will be directed back to the Change Password Options page, and a highlighted line of text should appear at the top of the page that reads "Your Microsoft 365 password has been successfully changed."  Go to the Office365 Portal to log in with your Missouri State Account ID into your Microsoft 365 account, using either abc123@live.missouristate.edu (as a student) or abc123@missouristate.edu (as a staff or faculty).
