How to Add and Remove Recipients for Course Fee Waiver Request

Full-time regular employees are eligible to enroll at Missouri State for a total of 15 credit hours of college-level courses in an academic year (12-month period beginning with the fall semester) and have their required student fees paid by the university. In the event that you need to add or remove a recipient from your Course Fee Waiver Request, follow the steps below.

Step-by-Step Guide

How to Add a Recipient for a Course Fee Waiver Request

  1. Login to My Missouri State
  2. Navigate to the main menu at the top left of the page and select the Discover option.

  3. Search for the "Fee Waiver Benefits" card.
  4. Click the Credit Fee Waiver Request link to access the Fee Waiver system.
  5. Click Recipients.
    Click the link for recipients.

     
  6. Click Create Recipient.
    Click create recipient.
     
  7. Enter the recipients M Number (M#) and the additional information being requested by the form. 
    Enter the appropriate information for the recipient.
     
    Please Note: Must enter the student's M Number (M#) including the letter "M". The M Number "M" is not case sensitive.
  8. Click Save.

 

How to Remove a Recipient for a Course Fee Waiver Request

  1. Click Edit.
    Click edit to remove a recipient.
     
  2. Under Valid for Use, select N.
    Change Valid for Use to N.
     
  3. Click Update.
  4. You will see a confirmation message upon successful completion.
