This service request is to be used to seek assistance from your IT Support Group for setup/installation/upgrades of university-owned/leased networked printers and multi-function printers/copiers
Eligibility
This service is available to all university Faculty or Staff for requesting support for their university-owned/leased networked printers and multi-function printers/copiers
Cost
There is no charge to request or use this service but there may be costs for the purchase of equipment and/or supplies required for the installation or upgrade. No costs will be accrued without prior departmental approval.
