Network Support and Requests

Overview

The Networking and Telecommunications department manages and supports the MSU data network. 

• To request one or more new data jacks to be installed in a University building, contact Telecommunications@MissouriState.edu.
• For help accessing one of the MSU wireless networks, visit the Networking and Telecommunications Wireless web page or check this Knowledge Base.
• To report a network issue on an existing network jack, open a support ticket by clicking on Request Support on this page.

Eligibility

All Missouri State students, faculty, and staff are able to request this service.

Cost

There is no charge to request or use this service.
