Networked Printer Support

This request is to be used to seek help when university-owned/leased networked printers and multi-function printers/copiers are not working correctly and you need assistance from your IT Support group.

 

Eligibility

 

This service is available to all university Faculty or Staff for requesting support for their university-owned computers.

 

Cost

 

There is no charge to request or use this service but there may be costs for the purchase of equipment or supplies required to restore the service or capabilities.  No costs will be accrued without prior departmental approval.
