Computer and Software Support

Overview

 

This request is to be used to seek help when anything on a university-owned computer is broken or not working correctly and you need assistance from your IT Support group. It is used to report anything broken involving All-In-One, Desktop, Laptop, and Tablets computers, as well as their operating systems and university-provided applications and software.

 

Eligibility

 

This service is available to all university Faculty or Staff for requesting support for their university-owned computers.

 

Cost

 

There is no charge to request or use this service but there may be costs for purchase of equipment required to restore the service or capabilities.  No costs will be accrued without prior departmental approval.
