Setup/Install/Upgrade - Computers and Software

Overview

 

This service request is to be used to seek assistance from your IT Support Group for setup/re-installation/upgrades to university-owned computers, including All-In-One, Desktop, Laptop, and Tablets.

 

Eligibility

 

This service is available to all university Faculty or Staff for requesting support for their university-owned computers.

 

Cost

 

There is no charge to request or use this service but there may be costs for the purchase of equipment and/or supplies required for the installation or upgrade.  No costs will be accrued without prior departmental approval.
