When submitting a request for help using the Help Desk Service Portal, you might be prompted to sign in. Not all IT services are available to the public, so we might need to know who you are before we can help solve your problem.

How to Log In to the Service Portal

Please Note: If you are not signed in when you begin a ticket submission, you will be prompted to do so.
  1. Before submitting a ticket, click Sign In at the top right of the page. 
  2. Enter your Office 365 username and click Next. Do not enter your email address. Your username is your BearPass Login followed by your account domain. Examples below:
    1. For Accounts Created After December 11, 2019:
      • Faculty/Staff:
      • Students:
        Office 365 sign in page with username
    2. For Accounts Created Before December 11, 2019:
      • Faculty/Staff:
        Office 365 sign in page with username
      • Students:
        Office 365 sign in page with username
  3. Enter your BearPass password. This is the same password you use to log in to My Missouri State, Blackboard, email, etc.
  4. You will be asked if you want to stay signed in on this device. Only select Yes if you are using a device that you own and no one else uses.
  5. You are now signed in and can request all available services that you are eligible for.
