When submitting a request for help using the IT Service Portal, you might be prompted to sign in. Not all IT services are available to the public, so we might need to know who you are before we can help solve your problem.

How to Log In to the IT Service Portal
Please Note: If you are not signed in when you begin a ticket submission, you will be prompted to do so.
- Before submitting a ticket, click Sign In at the top right of the page.
- Enter your Missouri State Login Account and click Next. Do not enter your email address.
- abc123s@login.missouristate.edu
- abc123@MissouriState.edu
- abc123@Live.MissouriState.edu
- Enter your Missouri State Account password. This is the same password you use to log in to My Missouri State, Brightspace, email, etc.
- You will be asked if you want to stay signed in on this device. Only select Yes if you are using a device that you own and no one else uses.
- You are now signed in and can request all available services that you are eligible for.
