The IT Service Portal allows you to submit a request, track the work being done, and communicate with technicians throughout the process.
Please Note: Not all IT services are available to the public. Signing in with your Missouri State Accout will reveal all IT Service Requests available to you.
- Choose a service in that describes your request or the issue you are experiencing. You can browse the full Service Catalog from the top of the page. You can also search for a specific service using the search bar at the top of the page. We recommend searching the Knowledge Base before submitting a request to see if your question or issue can be resolved by reading one of our articles.
- Once you find the service that you need, there will be a "Request Service" button on the right side of the page. Click the button to fill out a ticket for your request.
- Depending on the service you've selected, you might be prompted to log in with your Missouri State Account before submitting the ticket.
- Different services require different information on the ticket, so fill out the ticket form with as much information as possible to help us solve your issue or complete your request.
- If you are unsure what information to put on the form, you can use the Show Help button to see instructions for each field on the form.
- After submitting your request, you will receive an email confirmation that a ticket was created. This email will have your ticket ID number in the subject line. Emails will be from the technician working on your ticket or teamdynamix@missouristate.edu.
- Replying to this email will add a comment to your ticket and notify the technician. You can also use the link in the confirmation email to view, track progress, or add a comment on the ticket, or return to the IT Service Portal and click the My Submitted Requests button on the Home page.
Please Note: If you were not signed in when you submitted your request, the My Submitted Requests page will not show your ticket until the technician enters your information on the ticket. You can watch your email for status updates in the meantime.
