The IT Service Portal allows you to submit a request, track the work being done, and communicate with technicians throughout the process.
Please Note: Not all IT services are available to the public. Signing in with your Missouri State Account will reveal all IT Service Requests available to you.
- Choose a service in that describes your request or the issue you are experiencing. You can browse the full Service Catalog from the top of the page. You can also search for a specific service using the search bar at the top of the page. We recommend searching the Knowledge Base before submitting a request to see if your question or issue can be resolved by reading one of our articles.
- Once you find the service that you need, there will be a "Request Service" button on the right side of the page. Click the button to fill out a ticket for your request.

- Depending on the service you've selected, you might be prompted to log in with your Missouri State Account before submitting the ticket.
- Complete the ticket form with as much information as possible to help us solve your issue, and click Submit.

- If you are unsure what information to put on the form, you can use the Show Help button to see instructions for each field on the form.
- After submitting your request, you will receive an email confirmation that a ticket was created. This email will have your ticket ID number in the subject line. Emails will be from the technician working on your ticket or teamdynamix@missouristate.edu.
- Replying to this email will add a comment to your ticket and notify the technician.
- If your Missouri State Account is attached to your ticket, you can also use the link in the confirmation email to view, track progress, or add a comment on the ticket, or return to the IT Service Portal and click the My Submitted Requests button on the Home page.
