Brightspace D2L Knowledge Base

One of the most useful parts of the Brightspace Community is the platform’s Knowledge Base. While Missouri State has several articles in our own Knowledge Base system, this is still a helpful resource.

Please Note: Brightspace Community features information on aspects of Brightspace that may not be utilized by Missouri State University’s. If you find a tool that doesn’t seem to be available on your Brightspace page or course, it may not be enabled within the institution’s Brightspace.

To access the Brightspace Knowledge Base:

  1. Visit the Brightspace Community site at https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/.
  2. Under Select Your Place of Teaching and Learning select Higher Ed / Postsecondary.
