Missouri State uses the SaaS deployment option with the Original Experience.

New Blackboard Accounts

Newly created Blackboard accounts require an overnight sync with Missouri State's Banner system, scheduled every midnight. As such, any new account will not be available on Blackboard until after midnight of the day it is created.
