Your Universal Profile is your personalized location for all your important professional development information. If you are a supervisor, it also allows you to access details about your subordinates. You can access your Universal Profile in two ways:
- Selecting the Learn menu and clicking on Universal Profile.
- Clicking on the thumbnail photo in the upper right corner of your screen.
The Universal Profile page has several tabs, each with useful information:
- Your Bio tab contains your photo, contact information, members of your team, and other basic information. If you are a supervisor, you may have options that relate to your team (click View Team button at the top right to access your team details).
- Your Transcript tab shows all the training content you have been assigned or registered for. You can filter the list and search within that filtered list. Active is selected by default. To see everything on your Transcript, select All as the filter. If you are a supervisor, you may have options that relate to your team (click View Team button at the top right to access your team details).
- Your Actions tab shows important tasks that need your attention (including training classes, Performance Review tasks, and pending approvals). If you are a supervisor, you may have options that relate to your team (click View Team button at the top right to access your team details).
- Your Snapshot tab shows your Badges, Goals, and Reviews. If you are a supervisor, you may have options that relate to your team (click View Team button at the top right to access your team details).
Supervisors can manage their subordinates on each of the above pages by clicking the View Team button at the top right of each page.
- Select a subordinate from the list to view their Universal Profile and manage options on each tab. Click Done at the bottom of the list to return to your own Universal Profile.
