If you have Quickflows created in INB, those will be available for you in Admin Banner. When you type your Quickflow name into the search box, many results could appear that have the same letter combination. If you have a problem searching for or accessing your Quickflow, please contact the Banner Lead for that functional area.

How to Create a Banner Quickflow
Please Note: Permission to create Quickflows is limited to functional leads and some support staff. If you have a need to create a new Quickflow, or make a change to an existing Quickflow, please contact the Banner Lead for that functional area.
- Add a new QuickFlow. GO to GTVQUIK. Choose Insert and insert a new code (ELIQF) and Description (English Language Inst Apps). Save.
- Now go to GUAQUIK.
- Type in your current ELI quickflow and hit GO.
- The list on the right, under “current forms” is how the current ELI quickflow is setup. You’ll want this information to build the new quickflow. (You can see the list in the order you want here on this screenshot.)
- Now enter your new ELIQF in GUAQUIK and add the forms to the new quickflow. You can search the forms in the find box, so you don’t have to look through 2,597 forms.
