How to Add Open-Access Computer Lab Printers on Your Windows Computer

This guide explains how to connect to the Open-Access Computer Lab printers using your Windows computer.

Important! PaperCut Client
Before proceeding with the steps below, you will need to add the PaperCut (BearPrint) client to your Windows PC following the steps in this guide.

How to Add Open-Access Lab Printers on Your Windows Computer

  1. Go to your Start Menu and open Run.  You can also press WINDOWS KEY + R. 
  2. Type \\manatee.missouristate.edu in the Run box and click OK.

  3. You will be prompted to sign in if this is the first time you have connected since you turned on your computer. Type your BearPassLogin@sgf and Password into the appropriate boxes; then click OK.

  4. Locate your printer from the list.

  5. Right-click on the printer you wish to connect to and click Connect.

  6. Your computer will now start automatically connecting.
