Since Greenwood is K-12, not all of the children are old enough to log in to the Portal and set up a Parent PIN. That is why the Bursar has made special arrangements for Greenwood parents. Parents of Greenwood students are issued a parent PIN by the Greenwood Administration Office and should be directed to the Greenwood contact.
If parents are having trouble or need that password changed they are supposed to contact Greenwood Administration Office and request the PIN be reset or changed.
