Step-by-Step Guide
How to Request Your Official Transcript Through Parchment
- Log in to My Missouri State.
- Go to the My Transcripts card.
- Click the Official Transcript Request link.
- Click Access the Transcript Ordering Site link.
- Select document type and follow order prompts
- Alumni without an MSU login account, click Place Transcript Order Through Parchment
- On the Parchment login page, Create Account
- Fill out all required information (marked with a red asterisk *) and click Submit
- Begin to place order(s) from the following screen
- Choose the document type for your order
- Search for your destination by using the search bar or choose the option to Send to Yourself, Another Individual, or Third Party.

- Type the school name in the search box and click Search
- Select your school from the list
- Select Purpose for Transcript from the dropdown menu, Continue

- Review Cart page
- Remove to cancel order
- Update Shopping Cart to refresh page
- Continue Shopping to add a document to this order
- Checkout to proceed
- Provide consent by checking the box next to 'I Accept' and click Next.
- Note: You will only be required to do this once.
- Enter card payment information. Click Next.
- Note: Online is Credit or Debit only.
- Review order and click Confirm.
- A confirmation page with your order number will populate, indicating your order was processed.
- Select Send to Yourself, Another Individual, or Third Party
- Select delivery method: eTranscript

- Enter Recipient Name, Email Address and select Purpose for Transcript. Click Continue
- View order details. Click Checkout or Continue Shopping
- Once you decide to Checkout, provide consent by checking the box and click Next
- Enter payment information and click Next
- Review Billing information. Click Confirm
- View the final order confirmation page with your order number and click Log Off
- Click Send to Yourself, Another Individual, or Third Party
- Select Paper Transcript - Mailed

- Input all fields with red asterisks (*). Click Continue
- You will see screen with order options you may choose from. Select Mailing Method and Purpose for Transcript. Click Continue

- Review your Cart page and add additional items with Continue Shopping. When you're finished, click Checkout
- Check the box to consent and click Next
- Input your payment information and verify the billing name and address for the card. When finished, click Next
- Select Change Billing Address if necessary.
- Review your order information. Click Confirm
- Review your confirmation page for the order and click Log Off
- Click Send to Yourself, Another Individual, or Third Party.
- Select Paper Transcript - Pickup

- Type Recipient Name in the correct field. This can be you or someone that you authorize to pick up your document. Select Purpose for Transcript and click Continue

- Review Cart page
- Remove to cancel order
- Update Shopping Cart to refresh page
- Continue Shopping to add another document to this order
- Checkout to proceed
- Check the box to consent. Click Next
- Input your payment information and verify the billing name and address for the card. Select Change Billing Address if needed. When finished, click Next
- Review your order information. Click Confirm
- Review your confirmation page for the order and click Log Off
