Troubleshooting Course Evaluation Results

Problem: I only see evaluations from before 2021

When you login to Watermark Course Evaluations and Surveys, you may not see your college's sub-account. At the very top of your screen, above the menu bar, look for the grey Switch Account button. Click Switch Account and choose your college account to see the latest evaluations.

Problem: I am missing a course

Evaluation results are only returned for courses with more than three responses. Questions should be directed to your department or college administrator if you do not see a specific course listed.

Problem: I am an administrator (dean or department head) but I only see my faculty results.

If you have multiple roles within Watermark Course Evaluations and Surveys, you can switch between those roles by clicking on the role next to your name in the upper right corner. That will provide a dropdown for you to select your other role.
