Inserting a Facebook Feed, Post or Video

Step-by-Step Guide

Facebook Feed

Add your Facebook feed to your page using the Facebook Feed component. 

1. Navigate to the page where you wish to place your component. 
2. Click on  Edit on the page actions toolbar. 
3. Click on the green Main Region button to check out the page.  
4. Place your text cursor in the editable region where you would like the blog feed to appear.  
5. Click on the Component  to view available components.  
6. Select Facebook Feed. 
7. Click Insert. 
8. Add an absolute URL to your Facebook page (for example: https://www.facebook.com/MissouriStateU).
9. Indicate the desired height of your Facebook feed element in pixels.
10. Click Save.

Facebook Post or Video 

Add your Facebook post or video to your page using the Facebook Post or Video component. 

1. Navigate to the page where you wish to place your component. 
2. Click on  Edit on the page actions toolbar. 
3. Click on the green Main Region button to check out the page.  
4. Place your text cursor in the editable region where you would like the blog feed to appear.  
5. Click on the Component  to view available components.  
6. Select Facebook Post or Video. 

To add a post:

1. Select Post from the Facebook Display Type dropdown menu.
2. Add an absolute URL to your Facebook post (for example: https://www.facebook.com/missouristateu/posts/12345678912345678)
3. Click Save.

To add a video: 

1. Select Video from the Facebook Display Type dropdown menu.
2. Add an absolute URL to your Facebook video (for example: https://fb.watch/abcDeFGhiJ/)
3. Click Save.
