Using Blog Feeds

A blog feed is a list of links to the content within your university blog.  

Step-by-Step Guide

Add your blog feed to your page using the Blog Feed (Dynamic) component: 

1. Navigate to the page where you wish to place your component. 
2. Click on  Edit on the page actions toolbar. 
3. Click on the green Main Region button to check out the page.  
4. Place your text cursor in the editable region where you would like the blog feed to appear.  
5. Click on the Component  to view available components.  
6. Select Blog Feed (Dynamic). 
7. Click Insert. 
8. Add a heading for your feed, if desired.
9. Add an absolute URL to the feed.
10. Indicate the number of posts you would like to have display.
11. Indicate if you would like an excerpt and date to be included.
12. Provide the URL to all posts.
13. Click Save. 

Your blog will appear as a blue pill in the edit environment. It will appear as the blog when the page is saved.
