How to Print Multiple Powerpoint Slides Per Page

This guide will help you set up your power point slides to fit multiple sides per page to make it easier for note taking and to save paper. 

Please Note: These guides were made to work in conjunction with the Open Access Lab printers. The steps will be similar for other printers, but the process varies a bit by printer model.

Step-by-Step Guide

Microsoft Office PowerPoint App

  1. In the Microsoft Office PowerPoint Application click File at the top left of the screen.

  2. Select Print from the menu that appears.

  3. Select Print Full Page Slides.
    Select Print Full Page Slides from the print options menu.
     
  4. Expand the More Options menu and select select the number of Pages per sheet.
    From the more options menu select the number of pages per sheet.
     

PowerPoint for Windows

  1. For PowerPoint, click the File tab at the top left. 
  2. Select Print from the drop-down menu.

  3. Click Full Page Slides and select the layout you want.

  4. Click Print and your pages will print.

PowerPoint for Mac

Please Note: While in Office for Mac, the Menu Bar at the top of the screen will have options related to Office.
  1. Click on File in the Apple Menu Bar, and in the drop-down click Print. 
    From the Menu bar select file and print.
     
  2. Click Show Details button if the print details are not displayed.
    If print details do not display, click show details in the bottom left of the print window.
     
  3. Click the Layout drop down menu and select the number of slides per page. Then click Print at the bottom of the window.
    Click Layout to select the number of slides per page.

    Select the number of slides per page from the drop-down menu.
