How to Print Multiple Powerpoint Slides Per Page

This guide will help you set up your power point slides to fit multiple sides per page to make it easier for note taking and to save paper.

Step-by-Step Guide

Microsoft Office 365 PowerPoint App

1. In the Microsoft Office 365 PowerPoint Application click File at the top left of the screen.
   
    
2. Select Print from the menu that appears. 
   
    
3. Select Print Full Page Slides.
   
    
4. Expand the More Options menu and select select the number of Pages per sheet.
   
    

PowerPoint 2007, 2010, and 2013 for Windows

1. For PowerPoint 2007, click the Office button in the top left. For PowerPoint 2010/2013, click the File tab at the top left. 
2. Select Print from the drop-down menu.
   
    
3. Click Full Page Slides and select the layout you want. 
   
    
4. Click Print and your pages will print. 
   
    

PowerPoint for Mac

1. Click on File in the Apple Menu Bar, and in the drop-down click Print. 
   
    
2. Click Show Details button if the print details are not displayed.
   
    
3. Click the Layout drop down menu and select the number of slides per page. Then click Print at the bottom of the window.
