Brightspace support is available to all students, faculty and staff. There are also support options directly embedded within Brightspace. To access support:
- Visit Brightspace at https://brightspace.missouristate.edu/.
- Log into Brightspace using your Missouri State Account.
- Click the Support button on the bottom right of the page.

- Click Contact Support. You will then be able to chat with a support representative from Brightspace via the existing window, send an email for a support representative to follow up, or make a phone call to a live agent (NOTE: phone number will be provided at time of chat).

Brightspace also features a virtual chat assistant. Instead of clicking contacting support, you are able to ask questions directly in the chat box. Responses may not be as valuable as discussion with a representative from Brightspace.
