Viewing the Response Rate Tracker

This guide will show administrators and instructors how they can view the Response Rate Tracker tool in Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys.

How to View the Response Rate Tracker in Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys (Administrator)

When you first open your Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys account, you will see a Response Rate Tracker.

To view Response Rate Tracker in more detail:

Option 1:

1. Scroll through the Response Rate Tracker box on your home screen.
2. Select the project which you want to view.
3. Click the View icon.

1. Select from the three options:

Or:

3.  Choose the level you want to view.

1. Download the specific class you want to see.
2. Choose Respondents or Non-Respondents.

Option 2:

1. Go to the Results tab.

2. Select Response Rate Tracker.

3. Search by project name, status, type, folder, or time frame.
4. Download or select your desired project.
5. If you select a project, download or select your desired level.
6. If you select a level, download your desired course.

How to View the Response Rate Tracker in Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys (Instructor)

When you first open your Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys account, you will see a Response Rate Tracker.

Option 1:

1. Scroll through the Response Rate Tracker box on your home screen.
2. Select the project which you want to view.
3. Click the View icon.

1. Download the specific class you want to see.
2. Choose Respondents or Non-Respondents.

Option 2:

1. Go to the Results tab.

2. Select Response Rate Tracker.

3. Search by project name, status, or time frame.
4. View your response rate on Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys directly, or select the View icon to download an Excel version of your response rate.

5. Click the Courses option after View to download.
