This guide explains how administrators can view response rates using the Response Rate Tracker in Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys.

Viewing the Response Rate Tracker in Watermark (Administrator)

When you log in to Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys, the Response Rate Tracker appears on the home screen.

Access Responses - Option 1:

1. Scroll through the Response Rate Tracker box on your home screen.
2. Select the project which you want to view.
3. There are two ways to view the results.
   1. Click the View icon.
      1. Select from the three options:
         • Respondents
         • Non-Respondents
         • Courses
   2. Choose the level you want to view in the search bar.
      1. Download a specific class
      2. Choose Respondents or Non-Respondents

Access Responses - Option 2:

1. Go to the Results tab.
2. Select Response Rate Tracker.
3. Search by project name, status, type, folder, or time frame.
4. After the results load, you have the option to:
   1. Click View 
      • Select from the three options:
        • Courses
        • Non-Respondents
        • Respondents
   2. Click the name of the project to see the following options:
      1. Click View.
         • Select from the three options:
           • Courses
           • Non-Respondents
           • Respondents
      2. Choose the level you want to view in the search bar.
         1. Download a specific class
         2. Choose Respondents or Non-Respondents
