Op8.16 Procurement Procedures
All requisitions or payment requests for purchases of new hardware and software are required to be reviewed, approved, and documented by the Office of Information Services. Documentation must be submitted with the requisition payment request.
Below is a list of selected pre-approved computer equipment that is kept in stock and can be deployed quickly. These devices are selected based on what is required for day-to-day productivity, established licensing agreements with vendors, and volume purchasing to reduce costs. Most departmental computer equipment needs can be met with Express Buy purchases.
Note: Listed prices for computer equipment with a hard drive include $10 recovery/disposal fee. A $50 setup fee may also be assessed.
