Use 'Request Service' button for further assistance.
Students who have a hold on their account cannot access the registration system. To drop a class that the student is in, they can access the "Drop Classes with a Hold" link in My Missouri State>Registration card.

After students submit their requests, those that are student-athletes will route to the Academic Achievement Center and those that are international students will route to International Services for review. These offices will follow the steps below.
- Log into My Missouri State and search for the Workflow card. Click on the Access Worklist link.

- Requests waiting to be processed will be listed here.

- You have the option to approve or deny the request. Click on the appropriate radio button.
- If you are denying the request, enter a note. The note will appear on the denial email to the student.
- Click Complete.

- If approved, the request will be sent to the Office of the Registrar to complete the drop. An email will then be sent to the student when the drop is complete.
Drop with a Hold Workflow Participant Changes
If there are personnel changes that require role assignment related to this workflow, email Registrar@MissouriState.edu and send the following information:
- Name
- Email address
- M-number
- Workflow name for which they will be working (i.e. “Drop with a Hold”) and role intended to have
- Name of the prior participant they will be replacing.
