Information Access Support

Overview

The Argos Web Viewer and Argos Datablock/Report Design tool can be accessed via the Information Access card within My Missouri State.

Bear Intelligence and Bear Finance are public areas that link to existing Argos datablocks and reports that are frequently used. These are set up for ease of access and convenience.

Examples of Information Access issues:

• An existing report is producing an error message.
• A link in Bear Finance or Bear Intelligence is not working.
• The data output from a report is missing information or produces unexpected results.

Other Resources that are not serviced by this type of request:

• I need a new report or need to find a list of existing reports.
• I am unable to log in to Argos
• I need permission to access a report

Eligibility

All Missouri State faculty and staff are able to request this service.

Cost

There is no charge to request or use this service.
