Finding your computer name is quick and simple, and it can be very helpful for many support reasons.
Please Note: For quick access, press Windows Key + Pause Break. This should show the computer's system properties in any version of Windows.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Right-click the Start button.
- Select System.
- Use the following image to locate the computer's name under the section for "Device specifications".
On newer machines, there are also Missouri State stickers attached to the device with names displayed. Alternatively, you can also locate it by typing View PC Name into the Windows search bar.
