This article provides instructions for handling exceptions and troubleshooting common issues in Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys, including resetting student evaluations and resolving access issues.

Resetting an Evaluation
NOTE: Reset evaluations only when directly contacted by a student and the request is confirmed in writing.
- Log in to Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys and select Surveys & Projects.
- Choose Projects, then locate the project you need to configure.
- Click on the project name to open it.
- Under the Users tab, find the name of the user whose evaluation needs to be reset.
- Click the Edit button next to their name.
- Under Enrolled Courses, find the Respondent column.
- Click Reset.
- Select Reset and then Go.
Once reset, all existing responses are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. The student will have a fresh start to complete the evaluation.
Troubleshooting
Problem: I am an administrator (dean or department head) but I only see my faculty results.
Solution: If you have multiple roles within Watermark Course Evaluations and Surveys, you can switch between those roles by clicking on the role next to your name in the upper right corner. That will provide a drop down for you to select your other role.
