If a student makes an error while completing an evaluation and needs to have it reset, that can be completed by a Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys administrator.
Please Note: A reset should only be performed when directly contacted by a student. The request should be confirmed in writing.
Resetting an Evaluation
- Open Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys and go to the Surveys & Projects tab. Choose Projects.
- Locate the project you need to access, and click the Edit button or the project's name to open the project.
Under the Users tab:
- Find the name of the user whose evaluation needs to be reset. Click the Edit button next to their name.
- Under Enrolled Courses, find the Respondent column. Click Reset.
- You will have two options to choose from: Re-open and Reset. Select Reset, and click Go.
Once this has been done, all responses will be deleted. The student will have a fresh start to complete the evaluation.
Please Note: Once an evaluation has been reset, this action cannot be undone.
