Resetting an Evaluation in Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys

Summary

This guide will show an administrator how to reset a course evaluation or survey for a user.

Body

If a student makes an error while completing an evaluation and needs to have it reset, that can be completed by a Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys administrator.

Please Note: A reset should only be performed when directly contacted by a student. The request should be confirmed in writing.

Resetting an Evaluation

  1. Open Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys and go to the Surveys & Projects tab. Choose Projects.

Choose Projects from drop-down options

  1. Locate the project you need to access, and click the Edit button or the project's name to open the project.

Under the Users tab:

  1. Find the name of the user whose evaluation needs to be reset. Click the Edit button next to their name.  Edit button 
  2. Under Enrolled Courses, find the Respondent column. Click Reset.

  1. You will have two options to choose from: Re-open and Reset. Select Reset, and click Go.

Once this has been done, all responses will be deleted. The student will have a fresh start to complete the evaluation.

Please Note: Once an evaluation has been reset, this action cannot be undone.
