If you have added classes prior to the drop date, you will likely need to refresh users in Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys.
Refreshing Users
- Open Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys and go to the Surveys & Projects tab. Choose Projects.
- Locate the project you need to configure and click the Edit button or the name to open the project.
- Go to the Users tab and click Data Import. A drop-down box will appear. Select Brightspace.
- Choose a refresh date and time. It is best practice to proactively schedule a refresh before your project starts. Allow at least one hour for the refresh to complete before your project start time. This can also be scheduled on demand during your project availability window.
Please Note: Be sure that you are only refreshing students before continuing.
- Click Save to finish.
