This guide will show users how to configure settings under the Report Setup tab in Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys (formerly EvaluationKIT) projects.

How to Configure Report Settings in Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys

Under Report Setup tab:

Report Setup Tab

Reporting Access
  1. Mark the checkboxes to the left of Allow Administrators to view reports for their area and Allow Instructors to view reports for their courses.
  2. Enter the start date into each Access Start date boxes. These can be different dates for administrators and instructors.
  3. Mark the Access End boxes that say Keep Open.
  4. Mark the checkboxes for administrators and instructors that say Include results from CES Administrator questions.

Benchmark Data

For all survey types:

  1. Select number 3 under the Aggregate Data at Account Level drop-down box.
  2. Enter "Department" in the Label box.

  1. Click Save.

Additional steps for projects that have a single college wide course survey:

  1. Select number 2 under the Aggregate Data at Account Level drop-down box.
  2. Enter "College" in the Label box.

  1. Click Save.

Please Note: You will not need to include a university benchmark, as those benchmarks are reserved for university wide surveys only.
Mean of Means
  1. Enter "Mean of Means" in the Label box under Mean of Means.
  2. Mark the checkbox next to Question on the Question drop down menu to select all questions.
  3. Mark the checkbox labeled Include Benchmarks.
  4. Click Save.

Please Note: You will have to complete the Mean of Means settings after you have uploaded the survey to the project.
