How to Update Stored Credentials in Windows Credential Manager

Use this guide to update your password for your account in Windows Credential Manager.

1. To open Credential Manager, type credential manager in the search box on the taskbar and select it.
    
2. Click Windows Credentials, and then select the credentials with outlook in the name under Generic Credentials.
3. 
    
4. Click Edit on the extended set of credentials.
   
    
5. Erase your old password and replace it with the new one in the Password field. Click Save.
