Returns

Non-Defective Returns

The Missouri State University Bookstore will accept returns of non-defective clickers based upon when they were purchased.

Within the First Two Weeks of the Semester

If you purchased a clicker within the first two (2) weeks of the semester, you may return your clicker for a refund within the first two weeks of the semester only.

After the First Two Weeks of the Semester

After the first two (2) weeks of the semester has elapsed, students will have three days from the date of purchase in which to return a clicker for a refund.

Defective Returns

If you believe you have a defective clicker, take it to Customer Service at the Missouri State University Bookstore where they will examine it. If it is found to be defective, they will exchange it.
