How to Link to an Existing Survey

1. On the content area where you want to add a survey, point to Assessments, and then click Survey.
   
    
2. In the Add an Existing Survey area, click the name of the Survey you want to add, and then click Submit.
   

You will then need to set or adjust the Survey Options.
