Instructors can delete assignment files from the Grade Center to save space in the course.
Please Note:
This option will delete the files submitted by students, and once they are deleted they cannot be retrieved.
Step-by-Step Guide
How to Clean Out Graded Assignment Files
On the bottom left side of the home page under Control Panel click
Grade Center
, and then click
Assignments
.
Open the contextual menu under the Assignment you want to clear the files from and select
Assignment File Cleanup
.
From here, select which files to delete, or select all by using the check box in the upper left. Before deleting, you can view the file by clicking on its name.
Click
Delete
.
Press
OK
to return to the Grade Center.
