How to Set Up Office 365 Education Email on Outlook for Windows Desktop 

Before you set up your Office 365 Education email on Outlook for Windows you must first remove your old Bearmail account. To do this please follow these steps:

  1. Open Outlook. Then click File.

  2. Ensure that the account you wish to remove is selected in the Account Information Window and then click Account Settings > Account settings...
    Remove the old bear pass account.

     
  3. Select the account you wish to remove.
  4. Click Remove.

    Now that your old Bearmail account has been removed you can proceed to adding your Office 365 Education email account.
  5. To add an account click File.

  6. Click Add Account.
    Click on the Add Account button.
     
  7. Enter the account credentials
  8. Click Done
Please Note: If you're using Outlook 2016, you cannot use the manual setup type for Exchange accounts. You will need to be connected to one of the MSU networks in order to setup your email. For more specific troubleshooting information about this issue please visit this page.
