How to Request a Windows Account

Sometimes students who are enrolled can access their My Missouri State accounts by using their Bearpass Login and password on their personal devices. However, they may find they cannot log on computers on campus by using their credentials. Users should be currently enrolled in at least 6+ seated, on-campus hours, and reset their password to ensure it is current. If the password is valid and you are registered, you need to request your Windows Account-Springfield or SGF account by following the steps below.

Please Note: You must be enrolled in currently in-session, on-campus, seated courses totalling six (6) or more hours to apply and receive a Windows Account - Springfield. This is formally known as a "domain" account.
