You have the option to set the name you display to others in a Zoom conference. You may wish to have participants rename themselves so that you can take attendance, or so that you can better address them.
Change your Display Name
- During the meeting, click Participants on your Zoom control bar. The participants panel will open.
- On the participants panel, hover over your name and select More. Click Rename.
- Type in your new display name.
Please Note: If you are the host, your display name is set by default. You can change it within a meeting, but upon joining another meeting it will revert to Last-name, First-name due to the connection to your Missouri State account.
