Forward Your Course Logs to Blackboard System Administrator

If you have any issues or run across an ERROR message in copying or importing your course, use the following steps to send your course logs to the Blackboard Administrator for review.

How to Forward Your Course Logs to Blackboard System Administrator 

  1. Click to access the detailed log. 
    To access the detailed log click here link
     
  2. Click the Import file name to open the log.

  3. You can choose to Email the log directly to the administrator (Mike McManus).

  4. Or, you can Download the log and save it to your computer before emailing it to the administrator (Mike McManus). This is the recommended option.
